Online Real Estate Management System

Abstract

The Real Estate Portal Management System is designed to simplify and digitize property buying and selling processes. Traditional methods rely on manual handling and physical visits, which are time-consuming and inefficient. The proposed system provides a centralized web-based platform where buyers can search properties and sellers can manage listings. The system ensures data accuracy, reduces manual work, and improves communication between buyers and sellers. Admin verification enhances security and reliability. The platform improves accessibility, transparency, and overall efficiency in real estate transactions.

Introduction

The Real Estate Portal Management System is a web-based platform designed to simplify property buying and selling. Traditional real estate methods rely on brokers, paperwork, phone calls, and physical visits, making the process time-consuming, inefficient, and lacking transparency. The proposed system provides a centralized online solution where sellers can upload and manage property listings, while buyers can search, view property details, and send enquiries. An admin module verifies property information before publication to ensure authenticity and security.

The system is developed using HTML, CSS, JavaScript for the frontend, Python Django for the backend, and MySQL as the database. It requires basic hardware such as an Intel i5 processor, 8 GB RAM, and 256 GB storage.

The portal consists of five main modules:

1. Buyer Module – Allows users to search properties, view details, and send enquiries.
2. Seller Module – Enables property listing management and communication with buyers.
3. Admin Module – Verifies properties, manages users, and monitors system activities.
4. Property Management Module – Handles storage and retrieval of property data, images, and documents.
5. Request & Response Module – Facilitates structured communication between buyers and sellers.

Conclusion

The Real Estate Portal Management System provides an efficient and reliable platform for managing property transactions. It reduces manual effort, improves data accuracy, and enhances communication between buyers and sellers. The inclusion of admin verification ensures data authenticity and system security. The system is scalable and can be expanded with additional features in the future.
